The monthly rate includes the features listed and excludes network connectivity, applicable monthly usage, Microsoft licenses, optional add-on products and services, taxes and fees, which are all additional charges. Early termination fees will apply as outlined in the customer’s service agreement. The customer must remain in good standing and the monthly rate may terminate if the customer changes the account in any manner including, but not limited to, their service location.
